Glad to hear it's running better. I believe they're slow learners at times and codes may be a temporary issue for you. Same codes came up on mine after simply a R&R of air filter element. After getting codes cleaned the o-ring from sensor to cover and codes kept coming back until ECM adapted. Went away after a few days and haven't seen since.
