out running around today and heard a new noise. going over bumps the sound is coming from the passenger front wheel. its a heavy clicking sound maybe a knock. i got under the truck and had my wife bounce on the front bumper (what a sight im sure) and could hear it pretty good. does that sound like a common noise in d1 with 100k on the clock. please bear with me i love the truck but have a lot to learn. thanks guys

 

You will have to take it to a suspention shop, it could be any number of things, or nothing at all.
A loose shock, bad ball joints, broken spring, any number of things.
No matter what the year or mileage it shouldnt make weird noises.
