Default New O2 sensors, engine error 1050

I'm getting the "service engine soon" light on my 2000 Discovery Series II w/ ~220k miles. My OBD II reader says that it is engine code 1050, which is right side bank error. About 3-4 months ago I was getting a pending error code and swapped out all my O2 sensors, this did the trick for about 4 months, no error codes. In that time I went on an 800+ mile trip with no issues and have taken it exploring a number of times. Now 1050 comes back. I've jiggled the harness and it seems well connected, and the wiring seems in tact. So not sure that it is the O2 sensor, any more... Thinking about running some sea foam through there. The engine runs well, sounds good, but the service engine light is always on. When I clear it, it comes back after about 2 starts. Any thoughts?

Thank you

So just to be clear, my assumption is that the error code you're actually getting is p0150,

O2 sensors are fragile things. It's not impossible that you got a sensor that broke after 4 months. If you want to diagnose this, swap the left and right front o2 sensors. When you do this, spray the connectors with some contact cleaner; they're located in a place where it's easy for oil to get in. If the error switches to the left bank, you've got a bad sensor. If you replace one, you have to replace both, but the rear sensors should be fine to leave.

So many things to check because o2 sensor codes are not usually related to o2 sensors it’s something Else

smoke test intake and exhaust for leaks
replace fuel purge valve Hyundai brand
replace coils and plugs. Cheap bosh units sell st rock auto
clean or do pcv mod
o2 wiring check for cracks from engine to sensor
I had bad connections at the plug but was very hard to tell
good idea to cut old old plug and replace it
I had spare bank 2 sensors so I just cut the plug off those and used it for bank one sensors

thanks for the leads. I replaced the purge valve w/ the hyundai brand, ran some sea foam through one of the vacuum hoses to the intake manifold, cleaned the throttle body, and idle air control valve. no check engine light so far, but do have a pending 0130 and 0150. I suppose the last things to do would be clean the pcv and swap out the plugs/coils.

The fact that the the 0150 switched to an 0130 makes me think that the O2 sensors are not the problem. You think this is probably true?

p0130 is an O2 sensor fault on the other side. I'd say you bought poor quality sensors and it's coming back to bite you now. Replace them with either Denso or Bosch.

thanks for the feedback. the rave says p0130/p0150 are front sensor (L/R) bank stoichiometric ratio outside range. which i take to mean anything related to the fuel:air ratio (ie not specific to O2 sensor malfunction per se). I think one area i haven't checked is for intake leaks, and my plugs which could be causing incomplete combustion. I will swap the plugs first then have someone do a smoke test (need to find a good mechanic). After that I will circle back to O2 sensors, if needed. I bought my O2 sensors from atlantic british and I think they are not poor quality, at least from reviews/recommendations on here. I guess i just hope it isn't O2 sensor since I recently did that, but it could be. I want to rule out other causes before I redo something I already did.
