These S/T's wound up being $560.
$468 with free shipping and another $91.change for mounting and balancing with lifetime free flat repair, rotation and balancing.
I bought Discounts Road-hazard warranty before, I will NOT do it again, went in a year later with a bad tire, they wanted me to pay for half of the new tire to replace the old tire that they warranted and said that they would replace for free anytime in the future but yet they wanted me to pay for half?
Never again.

When I bought the truck 2 years and 26,000 miles ago she came with Michelin LTX M&S tires, lots of tread left.
They have not worn one bit in those 26k, I even took the truck off road, over 1,000 miles worth of trails with those tires.
When you have a great off road truck even with crappy tires you can still go anywhere.
I stayed away from deep mud, but deep sand was no problem, snow either.
Now as for the Coopers, I have had them on my FedEx van, both my Sprinter and my E-250, they ROCK!!
When I get stuck on ice I can spin the tires up to 35 mph and heat them up and melt though the ice to dry ground.
Now if you have never driven a cargo van...they are worse than a pickup truck in the snow, all the weight is over the front axle which makes the rear end VERY light so it doesnt take much to get stuck.
Right now i have what many consider the best A/T in the world, the BFG A/T ko, it SUCKS, with my van stopped on a 1% grade covered in snow I am stuck, cant move, have to spin the tires and rock the van back and forth to get moving again.
Those tires were brand new in Oct of '08, they are almost bald now.
But these Coopers last forever.
They have only been on my LR for all of 2 miles, but we are supposed to get 6" of snow on Tues.
I cant wait to go up north and try them out.

Let us know how they do in the snow. My Rover came with nearly brand new Bridgestone Dueler A/Ts and they are good tires but not aggressive enough. Great on road, but leave a lot to be desired on ice. It's going to be a while before I am able to afford new tires.

I wish I could find good deals like you guys are talking about. I never seem to be able to find them when I have the money to buy tires.

Well the way the weather works here in West Michigan we dont actually know what the weather will be until it actually happens.
I dont think it will snow, I think it will be warm.
Either way I am still wearing shorts.

I can find them for you anytime. My buddy owns a tire shop. It is just a problem of getting them to you. I only get home to colorado twice a year.

I'll get ahold of you when I'm ready for new tires. I could have you ship them to me and still save money over what I'm seeing here locally. Of course they'll rape me for mounting and balancing.
