Default New Sunroof+Wet Headliner=ANGER!

I am the owners of a 2000 Disco. I love the truck, I hate the monthly problems that arise. I just dropped $150 on getting the O2 Sensors replaced and one week later, my engine light goes on again. Mo Money, Mo Money, Mo Money.

In any event, my current issue (besides the engine light) is a wet headliner. The water is coming from the passenger side, above the visors/map holder, the center controls and the seat belt area. My dealership (LR Naperville, IL) felt that a new sunroof was in order. New sunroof installed, old leak still exists, dealership confused [sm=smiley29.gif]. From searching this forum, it seems that the culprit may be plugged drains (something my dealership, the experts, never considered).

Can someone tell me how to get to these drains and if this is something I can check/clean? If there is a published instruction page or some pictures, that would be very helpful. I am begging for your help and expertise.

I would be eternally grateful if you could help me with this problem.

Scott

You sir, are my hero. I will do just that later today and I greatly appreciate your time. As for the phone call, if it is OK, I will call you, putting this on my dime, not yours.

My LR dealer called and said they found the reason for the leak. The new sunroof pan had a crack. So, under warranty, they are now replacing it. I am looking for to the repair. They are also going to blow out the drain tubes. Yippeeee!

Is your headliner stained, if so talk to them about cleaning or replacing it also.
