I just ordered a set of Pro-Comp Extreme A/T's in 265/75/16 after reading this I'm just going to assume they need to go live with the S4 in the garage until the HD O.M.E. kit you guys recommended shows up for the Disco II. The wife is really getting into this the dining room has turned into a refinishing center for all the rear light brush guards.

 

There must be more room on the DII, my DI with 2" lift still rubs on full lock(only to the right though??) with 245/75 Cooper S/T's

 

You can adjust your stop or look for something out of alignment that might be causing only one side to rub.

 

I just looked at my buddies this morning with a 2" Lift and 245/75 MT's and it was filling out his D 1 nicely. I'm sure everyones right and at full tuck my 31.6" tires are going to rub. Anyhow, it looks like you can accomplish with a 245-265 in a D1/D2 what most other brands require 33" to 35" Rubber on the same trail. I am going to rig my own CDL Lock that I get out of the rig to actuate.
A bunch of my Yoda buddies on 37's were way out on the Rubicon when they ran across a guy in a D 1 on 265's and they asked him HOW THE HECK DID YOU GET ALL THE WAY IN HERE IN THAT DISCO !!! He calmly replied that he just took his time ;_)
