Tire shop said rotating them more frequently could have helped that. I don't know enough about tires to confirm of deny that.
I tried balancing them and rotating them a number of times. Unfortunately, it did not work on the two same errant tires that were constantly out of balance. In the end, I simply replaced these two tires even though they were fairly new (just expired warranty, but less than 10K miles).

However, I have had issues with KO2s running out of balance (compared to my past experience of Duratracs and Open Country). I have spoken to a number of tire shops. They confirmed KO2 are sometimes harder to keep properly balanced compared to other brands. Perhaps they are trying to sell new tires to me.

I have had to buy a couple of new KO2s to replace two year old KO2s to eliminate severe balancing issues (after numerous attempts by different tire shops and vaiorus wheel balancing methods).

Anyone have issues with KO2 balancing?
I have about 30k on mine with no issues

Ditto. I'm ~40k miles on mine and they have never needed to be rebalanced. I do rotate them including the spare every 6,000 miles.

Best wet traction tire I've ever had on any truck I've ever owned, and I've been driving trucks for over 30 years. Replaced Goodyear, Firestone, and Bridgestone on those three trucks, and there was no comparison. I won't put anything else on my trucks.
FWIW, I was a lifelong fan as well, but when I switched to Cooper Zeon LTZ's years ago, I have never looked back. One thing that has struck me is how out of balance brand new BFG AT's are. I constantly see a crap ton of wheel weights on wheels with these tires.

I just got the same ones on my disco. I already love them. Pretty smooth ride too. Seeing your photos helped me make the jump, thanks tax return money!
