Newbie coolant change question

I took my truck to Red Noland, Colorado Springs for a free checkup. I thought the entire 4700 dollar quote was garbage.

I've ended up replacing every part they put on that quote except for the caliper. I figure a dime-length hole in a caliper boot can just wait since I have to replace the entire unit. Some of these dealers may be shady, but I have no reason now to suspect these guys.
