Default No anti-lock or HDC

I have a 2004 Disco that I have replaced all the calipers and master cylinder. I have bled the system with a nanocom. I can feel the brake peddle pulse during the power bleed. Everything in the bleeding process seems to be fine but I can't get the brakes to lock up enough to activate anti-locking on loose ground such as gravel no matter how fast I am going or how hard I press the brakes. I also have not been able to get it to activate the hill decent control either. Should I be looking at the SLABs or sensors? Or is this an indication of the shuttle valves needing to be rebuilt? I'm not finding anything in the RAVE that indicates next steps in troubleshooting.

any dash lights related to the ABS, HDC, Brake or TC on?

do you have a code reader capable of reading ABS codes? if so, check for codes.

have you manually bled the brakes? it sounds like there may be air still in a line.

I cleared the codes before the bleed. I now have shuttle valve failure codes. Easy fix. Thanks
