I have a fairly new to me 2004 Disco 2. The dash lights (instrument cluster) aren't working. Also, I can't turn on the interior lights. The interior lights do come on when the doors open. (No glove box light, either.)
I have checked the fuses, replaced the bulbs, and replaced the headlight stalk. Any other suggestions? If it's a ground wire, where would I check for that?

Check the ground in the driver kick panel. Wiggle the harness around. and recheck the fuse. I had this issue after touching the ground in that area.

 

Glove box light only works if the headlights are on ... thought mine was burned out until I turned my headlights on and it works perfect.
