Default No Fuel Pressure

Ok, I'm at wits end...after my 04 shut off going down the road earlier this week I started looking into reasons why...I was told it was either a bad crank sensor or the fuel pump....well both have been switched out with new ones and I still get no crank, it turns over great though...but there is absolutely no pressure in the fuel line, it actually seems like the new pump isn't even turning on, i left it out of the tank plugged in just to listen to see if it would make any noise to indicate it was working, but nothing...any ideas?? All the fuses seem to be fine, I sawpped the relay with another in the fuse box that was the same fuse and it did nothing to help

Pull out a DMM and check to see if you are getting power to the connector at the fuel pump after turning the KOEO (key on engine off). If you are and the ground is good, then you got a bad pump. If either no power or ground then start tracing the harness back.

Believe it or not you could have bought a faulty fuel pump. Like stated above you need to check for proper voltage at pump to be sure.
Crank shaft position sensor has spacers that have to be installed correctly or it will not work properly.

Does the pump run/prime itself for 3 to 4 minutes when you turn the key to the second position?

He states in first post that he removed it from tank and listened and heard nothing at all. Leading me to check for voltage at connection before pump?

try bleeding the schrader valve on the back of your fuel rail .. you might have some how incurred a vapor lock ... just be careful you dont set youre engine on fire

I would start looking for a reason for the inertia switch to trip now and ho from there it may have failed itself or it may have tripped because of another issue that seems to be the root of your problem.
