Just wanted to fill everyone in that has been helping me out... the fuel pump was working fine but there was a crack in the black cannister that the pump sits inside of so it was getting no pressure, so i bought the whole assembly from a junkyard and put the pump in it and it started right up, thanks again to everyone for all your help
