Default No heat in my seats?

Does any one have any experience with heated seats? This is what I did just to see I pulled the seat warmer switches out of my 03 and installed it in my 00 but no heat in my seats? I cant see any thing different between the 03 and the 00.

This is what I read under AlanticBritish.com.....
Did you know, ALL Discovery Series II vehicles WITH LEATHER SEATS have pre-wired seat backs with seat heating elements? So how do you activate these heated seats if your vehicle did not 'officially' come with this option? Simple...our Activation Kit puts the heat in your Disco II's leather seats easily and inexpensively. Just pop the trim around your window switches, remove the switch plate and plug in the left and the right seat switches (the vehicle should be pre-wired). Ahhhhh.... That's better.

The SD is the base model so it does not have leather therefore no seat heaters. Your seating surfaces are a synthetic vinyl like called duragrain.

I just pulled the seats back in both the 00 and more importantly the 03 still only two wire harnesses going up, nothing different but no heat!

Have you checked to make sure both fuses and the seat heater relay is installed?

I looked under the seat and it has the same fuses under the seat as the 03 40A,two 3A and one big yellow relay! I looked under the steering wheel and under the hood fuse departments but didn't see a fuse for heated seats did I over look it? HMMMM

Check # 15, a 20 amp fuse, it is also for the seat heaters as well as some other items.
Those heaters have to run on more the just 3 amps.
