Default No Instrument Cluster Lights

Greetings.

2002 Disco 2 V8.

Last year had to replace the fusebox below the steering wheel to fix indicator, relay clicking and sticking gear stick issues.

Now the current problem. Only the SRS light on the cluster works. None of the other lights or gauges work. Occasionally they will all start working after the vehicle has been driving for 20 minutes or so but that is not consistent.

There was an instance where I hit a pothole and the lights on the cluster all came on momentarily and went off again.

I have checked the ground point below the A pillar in the footwell area and all looks well and tight. I tried wiggling the two wire harnesses in the top of the cluster, thinking maybe a short could be the culprit but could not get any of the lights to flicker on.

Am I looking in the wrong places ? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had that problem on my LR3. Was a bad cluster.

Exact symptoms! My center display worked but none of the other lights did, if I hit a bump my center display would quit working and my brake light would come on. I had a bad park brake module so I have to assume the other lights also started working momentarily but were not commanded.
