Default No instrument lights!!

Guys good evening, I know most of you have seen this one numerous times. So please bear with me.

I checked all the grounds per RAVE. I tried a new dimmer, a new stalk, etc. I have 12V at the dimmer switch but nothing comes on.

Is it possible for the instrument board itself to go bad? My only doubt one that one is that the climate control lights went out too. All other lights internal and external throughout the car work just fine, including the glove box light.

Could someone please point me in the right direction. Also the light that shows the odometer is intermittent.

Thanks

Manny

The lights for the TACH, SPEEDO and other things inside the instrument panel are not working. the climate control/AC lights are working on the display but not the buttons ones.

Switch background lights off on both sides of inst. panel bezel too?

Are you going by Rave wiring diagram? Looks as there are a couple of resistance measurements you cold take to check dimmer.

Let me try this again, the lights which I believe there are four bulbs on the instrument panel behind the TACH, SPEEDO, FUEL and TEMP gauges are not working. They do not come on at all in any position of the light/turn signal stalk.

I have checked the grounds, new dimmer switch, new stalk. What else can I do?

Thanks

Good question. Troubleshoot or try more parts.

Have you tried checking all the fuses under the steering wheel with a test light?
