Default No power to fuel pump relay.

1999 Discovery 2, 146k miles. I have no power signal to the fuel pump relay from ECM. I have checked all relays and fuses. I was able to jump the Blue/purple wire from ECM to power the fuel pump but still no start. I also figured I have no power to fuse link 10. Which is part of the ingnition sequence (1,8,10,12 and 13) there is power to all but link 10. I have the RAVE but still struggling not chase down the issue. I narrowed it down to the ECM isn't sending the power signal due to a brake in the circuit at fuse #10. I have no clue which connector or wire supplies power to that link. PLEASE HELP ME!
