Default no starting, but engine cranks

So last summer I bought a 2000 Disco for myself that needed an engine replacement. All was fine, but had turn signal problems, and ended up figuring it all out and use this as my daily. Love driving it. My fiance liked it so much, that she wanted one. Found a black 2003 in fairly good body condition and great interior condition, but needed head gaskets. Not this did not start when I purchased it for a heck of a price (what I think was). Got it in my garage a couple months ago and did the work. Still cranks fine, but won't start. M and S are blinking, along with the odometer. Has fuel, spark, and appears to have compression (but haven't done an actual compression check). Tried started fluid and nothing. Replaced crank sensor, cam sensor and MAF from a running parts vehicle, and nothing.. Was reading about the EKA code, and will try that next when I get the chance. So she ended up getting a new job, and they gave her a company car. We need this thing gone as it's the 5th vehicle at the house and takes up space. Don't want to just sell it as is, since it would be nice to have the money for the upcoming wedding. Any ideas? I have a scanner, and no codes, it's the iCarsoft one I believe. Thanks for the help.

the m&s blinking is probably because your battery has less than 13.5 volts

I would tend to agree with that, just wanted to double check. Thought maybe since the odometer was blinking as well, it could be something else. When I fixed my d2, it blinked until I started it up, and has been fine ever since. This one is just boggling my mind.

OK so its definitely not the ckps, so you can forget about that

have you reset the inertia switch on the fire wall?

are your emergency flasher on?

I have reset the inertia switch on the firewall. I'm guessing you just push down. Odd thing about the flashers. The fuse is pulled right now. It's been a little bit since I did this, but the flashers were originally off, when I pushed the flasher button testing everything, they stayed on and would not turn off, so just pulled the fuse for the time being.
