80mm Bearing fix
Parts: NTN 6304LLU - Found this from an Australian site
6304 CLOSURE TYPE: 2RS Both Sides Rubber Sealed, from From Autozone.
The clip was hard to get out. Spray some PB Blast to loosen use a strong needle nose pliers and screw driver to pop out. Clean and use the same AC bearing process.
Now I have all metal pulleys. I will have to finish the Valve cover before i complete the Pulley areas. I dont want stuff flying around and get inside Intake or valve. Most likely I will clean the whole AC, Alternator area.

Parts - AC Compressor Clutch Bearing NACHI # 30BG05S2G-2DS (30mm ID x 52mm OD x 22mm) cross reference Santech Industries MT2027 Double Row Air Conditioner Bearing 30mm x 52mm x 22mm
I thought it was easy to take out the Bearing and replacement. there was one Clip holding the Bearing assembly.
I used 30 MM Socket to hammer the bearing out. pressed and hammered back with the old bearing. see the pic

you are welcome. after examining all the parts. the original Metal bearing 80 and 70mm i would keep the old pulleys and just change the bearing. aftermarket aren't as heavy.
the Gate tensioner metal pulls is damn solid

Valve cover Gasket I used high temp Red Rust-oleum with paint brush much thicker coats. I had all the paint in my garage so just used them.

DAYCO 89052 Idler Pulley (Small idler) lighter than original - $ 11.09 (Rock Auto)
GATES 36102 Tensioner Pulley (looks very strong better that original plastic $ 12.81 (Rock Auto)
NTN Bearing 6304LLU for the Large Idler need assembly from Amazon - $20
Continental Elite 4070923 Serpentine Belt $30 (including shipping and Tax) – I had Dayco belt piece of junk.
AC Bearing - Santech Industries MT2027 30mm x 52mm x 22mm (Cross reference with original NACHI # 30BG05S2G-2DS) got this at Autozone for $17
Since i was waiting decided to tackle the Valve cover gasket as well. I am going to get rid of those hideous bolts. Some braindead engineer decided to put those little bolts compare to the weight of the cover. they should have 3 bolts on each side and larger. I am going to replace them with 11mm head and 6 corner. see the pic. will be using a lot of Locktile they were loose when i pulled them out. also some permatex copper spray gasket on both side.
Now the real work starts but it's freaking cold out.
