Default Noise when decelerating

I have looked on the forums and a lot of people had similar but not exactly what my issue is.
Out of no where I started to get a vibration that you could feel all over the vehicle, I thought it was the road surface at first....then it went away.
Parked and when I was leaving it started again but then got worse...like something was rubbing.
Got out looked nothing, then it went away, then came back but went away when I accelerated then came back then nothing for over 20 miles.
Then the noise changed and vibration pretty much went away but when I let off the gas to slow down it sounded something was rubbing, and when I made a right turn you could hear it.
When I put it in neutral it was still there when I slowed down....it has the new style front drive shaft but I do not know the last time the joints where lubed.

but it sounds like it is only coming from the passenger side or louder from that side...no leaks it kinda sounds like something was hung up, that kinda rubbing
Any help will be greatly appreciated

Jack up the front and check your wheel bearings.

no not a caliper
when it is jacked up how can I tell if it is the bearing hub assembly
or should I say the bearing?
at times it almost seemed like it was a gear or something

Once you have it jacked up and on stands, grip the wheel top and bottom and see if you feel any movement, then front and rear and wiggle again...looking for any signs of movement. There should be none. Spin the wheel and listen for any grinding noise...there should be none.

While you have it the air, also check the front axle shafts for unusual movement, up and down if pried on...or binding if the wheel is turned one way hard and wheel is spun by hand. If the boots are torn on the axle shafts, this allows failure.

I'm assuming you've already checked your driveshafts?

the front driveshaft looked fine
it is the updated version with the greaseable fittings
I tugged on them and there was no play

I assumed that you lifted the front when you checked the drive shaft. Cant turn it when wheels are on ground. The gear sounding when slowing is the ujoint at the cardan joint. Causing vibrations and the gear sound when the joint disintegrates but cant be moved by hand unless lifted off ground. Greasable shaft also gets faulty in time.

ok with both front wheels up in the air I can spin them both but no noise
but the front drive shaft does not spin
the car is in park so I am a little concerned that something else is wrong since I thought that with the car in park the front wheels would not spin freely
the transfer case is engaged or seems engaged in 44 high

ok while both front wheels up in the air I put it in neutral
the front prop shaft spun freely
NO noise at all
both wheels are tight side to side and up and down
the u joints dont look dried out...I spun both wheels as fast as I could and not a sound
