A wet plug will tell you if it is an injector.

The plugs are not wet light soot! I think it a oxygen sensor the truck is not getting the air to gass mixture right causing it to run rich! Is that posible or would I still have wet plugs????

Yes bad O2 sensors will cause it to run rich!
You should be getting a O2 code if they were bad! But not always!
