This is the block with the cracked sleeve from being hydro locked, correct? If It’s still in the vehicle I would remove the engine and pressure test it on a table or floor. You can then heat the block using some kerosene heaters or even put it on an old BBQ on low. I still would not use that block. I would be afraid that the cracked sleeve pieces would eventually fall into the engine. I also bet that that cylinder bore is out of round now as well.
