O2 Connectors

O2 Connectors
My connections melted, and I'm in the process of finding new connectors for my rig coming from the ECM. I have added a picture of what the connector looks like. Does anyone know of a company that sells these in the US? The one pictured is 35 for 1, which is outside of my budget.

You might be able to buy a used O2 off ebay or from a junk yard for cheap and cut off the plug and 3 inchs of wire and butt connect the wire together. OR-
You could cut both the old male and female plugs off and install an O2 connector from another vehicle. Here is a male and female O2 connector for a LS1 LS2 04-06 GTO/Corvette- $12 free shipping (LS1 LS2 04 06 GTO cts V Corvette O2 Oxygen Sensor Header Wire Connector Repair | eBay)

That Aussie company on eBay charge way too much for those connectors
I have them - they're Sumitomo HW090 sealed series 4-way connectors (the Grey and the Orange versions are interchangeable)
You won't find them at Mouser - but, you might at Mouser's associated company TTI -
TTI, Inc. Americas | Electronic Components Distributor
However, you would have to order them as component parts -
Connector housings (male & female)
Terminal retainers (male & female)
Terminals (male & female)
Wire seals (universal)
All with separate part numbers and 'Minimum order Quantities' (MoQ)
You can get them as a set, from a motorcycle electrics company in Japan, called Eastern Beaver -
SMHW
4P090WP-HW-Male $3.29 each 4P090WP-HW-Female $3.29 each
Jim who owns the company, is a Canadian living in Japan.
His prices are in US $, he accepts PayPal, and his shipping from Japan is reasonable and fairly quick (you may get mugged by US Customs for import taxes/duty )
He does have a $20 minimum order though.

You can just splice the wires and wrap the splices in silicon tape, but I applaud you in fixing the connectors correctly. I did the same with connectors from outgoing O2 sensors.
Whether you use the kit or my method, a wiring diagram would help but I think you will end up having to trace the wires back to the brain box, and that will be difficult through the wiring loom. I am leery of wiring looms, having had to replace mine due to carelessness. If your connectors are still visible at all, just label the wires on both sides of your cut and the correct wire to the correct pin in the connector will be apparent.
Note there is not much extra wire, so cut well.
Best,
Charlie V
