O2 sensor lay lout

I usually use a long small flat screwdriver to release the harness clip and pull the harness off the metal bracket. Then, it is just a matter of uncoupling the sensor from the harness.

I did notice sensor 2 was an off brand from Japan, and sensor 1 was Bosch.

Update:
If you have big hands this job is gonna be harder then you think.
After watching the Atlantic British do it yourself video, I figured this would be an easy job... granted it’s “easy” I’m a bigger guy with extra large hands.
My first issue was my 22 o2 sensor socket did not fit into the crevice to remove sensor 1 bank 1... had to use a 22 wrench instead.
From the undercarriage After maneuvering my way to press down-on the release tab I had to yank it for it to release on both front sensors. (Hate having to force things loose but pulling the wires was the only way for me to get them loose)
hardest part was reinserting the male end of the sensors. Because of the limited space I couldn’t maneuver my hands in a way to get the sensors attached.
What I ended up doing was having to patiently align them up from the bottom of the rover and take a long screw driver to press the sensor in.
Job took about 2 1/2 hours if anyone has any questions reach out.
Its do able obviously, but man I wish my girlfriend wouldn’t mind breaking a nail lol
