O2 Sensors 95 Disco

O2 Sensors 95 Disco
Thinking about getting brave and trying to replace my o2 sensors.
First questions: Where to buy them? Seen quotes from $117 per to $177 per. Is each one a different part, or are they interchangeable so that I shold by them as a set? Any recommendations appreciated.
Second question: Where can I get an o2 sensor tool? (I read the previous forum recommendations of using a tool and a torch).
Third questions: Some look pretty easy to access and get done myself. Does it make sense to do the easy ones myself and hit the dealer for the hard ones? Is replacing two going to create an "improvement," so that I could do two now and two later?
Last question: As a pretty rank amateur (can do oil changes and spark plugs), is this something best left to skilled hands?

PS- Original owner, over 150K miles. Not too many major problems. Drive it infrequently, but do love and cherish it. Just trying to keep costs in line. We have a Honda Civic Hybrid that carries the load--Saves on fuel but hell on car payments.... Will be sitting for most of winter since I'll be in Iraq (Sorry I can't take it along with me, but it hasn't been uparmored and there is no good place for a turret).
Truck appears to be clean and tight---just the o2 problem at the moment. It started losing power, etc. then the Check Engine Light came on; local service station put it on analysis and said O2 Sensors (all four).

RE: O2 Sensors 95 Disco
Atlantic British or Rover Connection are 2 great on-line places to order the 02's from also try Auto Zone and see what they can do for you, make sure you don't buy the universal sensors without the plugs.
I know many people who have replaced their 02 with just an open end wrench.

Mike, jg:
Thanks for the great info.
I was worried that if there were supposed to be four and I could only see two, the others must be a bear.
As it turns out, my 95 Disco only has two O2 Sensors. Rover Connection's $95 per price turns a $500-$700 problem into an easy to understand $210 one (with shipping included).
Steve
PS- A mechanic quoted me $700 to replace "all four."
