Default ? Sway bar mounts on a discovery 1

Hello this is my first post. I just purchased a wrecked discovery 1 to rebuild for myself. It just had damage on the passenger side (doors, quarter panel only)Didn't even get into the rocker. I drove it home and have noticed that on the drivers side sway bar mount, not the link attachment but the bracket that comes off of the frame is pushed back and the passenger isn't. I wanted to make sure it wasn't this way from the factory before I go and bend it back. Any info would be greatly appreciated since where I live I can't look at any other to compare.

Sway bar mounts should be mounted in the same location on each axle.

It's the mount that is welded to the frame that I'm questioning if it's correct. It is mounted the same as the passenger side, but it looks like it is pushed back (bent) approx 1 inch. It looks like it's never hit anything to do this.

Probably was hit.
The sway bar should be parrell to the axle.

It looks parrell to the axle but I just wanted to see if the factory bent them to make it even or not.
