The Foxwell NT510/520 can show & clear Land Rover/Jaguar specific faults and do the power bleed and modulator bleed...

The Foxwell NT510 (and I'm guessing the NT520) has the option but some of us NT510 owners couldn't get it to work with our key fob's 6 digit code and a code generator.
But I can personally confirm the Nanocom Evolution diagnostic tester can program key fobs.
