yeah I'd start by swapping the O2s and see what that does. Consider replacing the plugs and wires regardless. Use Magnecore 8mm wires or you'll be doing it again sooner than you want.

And it will actually be cheaper to run premium gas than regular because you lose a lot of mpg on regular.

At your mileage, especially after all the cheap gas you have been running, replace all 4 02's Have you done the plug wires yet, if not do it using 8 mm Magnacor wires ONLY.
Your lean burn on should then go awy, if not start checking for a vacuum leak on the drivers side of the engine.

wel I replaced all 4 O2 about 8 to 10,000 miles ago. seems too soon for them to go bad just on 87octaine alone right? I have replaced the plugs, but not the wires yet.. Tomorrow, problem is that I have to drive it.. gave the wife my truck. I switched the O2 from one side to the other to see if the problem follows that O2 sensor.. any idea of a waranty on those O2 sensors? Im betting probably not!

Start burning the proper octane, you will get more power and about 1.5 more MPG.
Let us know if both the lean codes come back.

Will do.. I talked to British Atlantic, ordered a new one and they gave me a discount even though it was just over the year waranty... Does seafoam damage O2 sensors? Is there something I should do before I install the new sensor?
