Default OEM Land Rover Auxiliary Lights Not Working.

Used to frequent these forums, however I sold my rover 2 years ago and have missed them ever since.

Just picked up a 2004 Silver DII HSE7 with 130K on it.
She needs a little love, but I'll have her running and looking well in no time.

MY QUESTION.
As you can see in the photo, this one has the weird rubber bumper fitted with Land Rover OEM lights and look pretty awesome.

However, they don't turn on...
The button for them is directly under the Cruise Control Light and nothing happens when I press the button, the little light on the switch does't illuminate or anything.

A few other things it needs:
Plugs and wires Can I get them on Amazon?
02 sensors - I've found the BOSCH ones Front and Back on Amazon, are there any other brands that are worth it?
Prop Shaft Still has the factory one, going with Lucky8's cheap one unless yall have a better suggestion.

There is a factory relay box for those lights, I believe behind the engine bay fuse box towards firewall, they are notorious for failing. Check that.
