Default Off-Road Lights

I have a 99 Series II Disco. My two big Off-Road lights located in the bush guard aren't working. I already check the fuse, the relay, the on-off switch, and the lights itself and everything is working. Someone mentioned to me it could be the module or modulator, but they can't explained to me where is located and what is it. Could someone help??? Thanks!!

I have two Hella's mounted on my Range Rover, not sure if it's the same on the Disco, but these only turn on with the fog light switch turned on and the High beams are on, again not sure if that's how yours are set up

Yes, it's the same set up, but I already tried that and isn't working. I called a local LR dealer and explain to them all I did, they said, after all those test came up ok, then definitely it's the "Module" and will cost around $425 to replace it. It sound to much expensive to be a "module" so, any ideas? Thanks!

Maybe the module is just the fuse? I dont know. Did it come factory wired, or did you do it yourself? Did you put an inline fuse, or route it through the main box? I have no idea about wiring, but I highly doubt there is a special module used for the headlights, knowing Land Rover though, it would probably be the same module for the rear sunroof, they are so random with their wiring! But joking aside, look for some fuse somewhere. If they just stopped working, and you KNOW the bulbs are fine, then get a voltmeter and put it on the end of the wire, see if power is even getting to the front, and work your way back until you find where power stops on the line?

I just looked into what goes into the Hella kit, with the foglights and the Hella's there is a special wiring harness, I did not see any kind of module, unless this plugs into some kind of auxillary port on a foglight module(if there even is one) In case you need the wiring harness http://www.roverparts.com/Parts/9689.cfm
