spike, you know this is what us long distance runners look like. You must remember those track and cross country runners from back in the day all the football players made fun of. At age 16 I ran 9.3 miles in about 54 min. That's under 6 min per mile. I love running.

Funny thing was the long distance runners started practice before the football guys and finished long after the football team was long gone.

Running long distance in high school is like owning a landrover. Nobody understands why we wake up at 5am To run 10 miles just like no nobody understands our love these boxes on wheels.

I had a friend in High School who was a pole vaulter, he was skinny as hell...hell, so was I.
I used to weigh 98lbs soaking wet.

yeah, when he was 10 years old

I'd be at the beach every free minute I had too, how is the kite boarding down there? I've been wanting to try it.

Amen! I Ran long distance for 5 years 8th grade to 12th. Going to college next year I gonna try to do my best to keep it up, (since I wont be on a team anymore) but its going to be a challenge though.

JYC you make me sick. First of all, you have hair. Second, you are skinny as a rail. Third, you have a tan. Fourth, you live in paradise. Fifth, you have hair......
