Default Oil Filter Leak

Sorry if this has been covered before....

I have an 03 Disco there is an oil leak which I thought was from the factory filter (Have replaced)but now not so sure it appears to be coming from the large bolt next to the fliter. I cant find it on the RAVE has anyone had this problem, or know what that bolt does? The other thing is my driveway is pretty steep so I'm guessing oil is always sitting forward that may be part of my problem just not sure. It doesnt appear to be coming from the pan area.

Thanks

Spray off the area with car or brake cleaner to verify the location of the leak.
Have you tried tightening that large plug? o not over tighten the oil filter taht will also cause you grief.

That is for the engine oil cooler line, it was deleted in the mid '01 model year and not added back until '04.
You can tighten it, or remove it, put Teflon tape on the threads and put it back.
