Default coolant leak above the oil filter?

My disco'00 has developed a noticable coolant leak from what looks like the rubber pipe just above the oil filter. Truck at 120k miles.

Is this fairly normal to go? Anything else around there that might be leaking? Anything else I should watch out for?

Dammad.

Well you should replace all your coolant hoses every 5 years no matter of miles.
So start there, replace all of your hoses, www.atlanticbritish.com has hose kits, replace your thermostat too.

Check the hose that goes straight into the manifold below the alternator first.
