Oil Pressure Test - Pump Plug Bolt head size and thread size
Hi,
Does anyone know what size socket you need to remove the plug bolt that’s on the oil pump to do a pressure test? I think it’s 7/8 or 22mm but wondering which it actually is so I don’t mess it up. This is the plug bolt that the red arrow is point to here. Do you use a 3/8 drive socket or 1/2? Any need for an extension or flex head ratchet? Having a bit of trouble getting things right here.
