OME springs
So I inherited an almost complete used OME suspension (rear springs only, plus all 4 shocks, 107 and 108). Problem is I can't determine if the rear springs are heavy or medium duty. Can't seem to find any markings. Is there any other way to determine this? I was hoping the 107/108 shocks were specific to a certain load capacity, but apparently it's used for both heavy and medium duty. Lastly, how can you determine what side it goes on?
Thanks again...

Dro I can't tell of you are joking or I am learning something new. The taller spring goes on the drivers side? When I did my springs there was a difference front to back but not driver to passenger.
i thought is strange too,
but when i was doing my classic it stated in the manual that the taller spring goes on the drivers side,
presumably to account for the driver weight.
if yours were the same size, i'm guessing they were not OME or ARB springs.

He's right. OME, Terrafirma, etc all do the same.
OP, this link has some spring specs > land rover spring specifications
I'm skinny so I guess it doesn't matter. I hope it doesn't matter!
Thanks for the link! Yes, there's a slight difference between the driver and passenger side, between 1/4 to 1/2 an inch. Measured my springs and it looks like they're medium.
Thanks again!
