Get rid of the 18" and put on 16". You'll be a lot happier especially when it's time to buy new tires.

Yes Pat, I will feed your horses buddy. Are the water tank heaters still plugged in?

I would go with the set of wheels/tires that had the most tread left on them. If they are equal then yeah, 16's will be cheaper when it's time for new tires.

Both sets are 18" rims- just one set has oversized rubber on them and one has the sleek, low-profile rubber. I don't care about freaking tire replacement costs, I'm buying a freaking Land Rover- LOL! Besides, I've had $300 sets of tires last for 100k miles before, and I've had $500 worth of rubber be hauled away on a total-loss Jeep... who cares.

SPIKE! That's hilarious man. YES, the water heater is plugged in, and Mandy is out topping the tank off right now. As long as the young one doesn't kick the heater out, we'll be good!

I think you're in the clear- my sister in law and her boyfriend will be able to come and feed them

Okay, dogs are in the boarder, I got my little tiny toothpaste, phone charger, new 50-round box of 147 gr. Hollow points, and a lock for my pistol case.

Yep- ready to go to Florida, the gun-shine state!

Just plan on doing a major service on the vehicle prior to any wheeling and have the drive shaft rebuilt ASAP.
The service needs to be done because of it's age more so then the mileage.

Absolutely, Mike- great advice.

I'm going to do your 60k mile checkup to both Discos at the same time either late in January or early in Feb.
