the guys says this started out as a '96 D1, has a series II hood. It's for sale if anybody is interested, $7K.

apples and oranges, one is set up for rock crawling and the other for exploring. I like both kinds of off-roading but prefer exploring, unfortunately the tree huggers are closing down more and more land that we can't explore with our rovers.

I also prefer trails to rocks. What types of mods are on the Camel Trophy vehicles? Besides the accesories, they look pretty stock, but I'm sure that's not the case.
