Now water stays puddled against the 'green' edge. Will see what else develops, as Murphy lives with me...
Both gearmotors removed, no plans to open roof again.

If that stops your leak it's drain related. If still leaks it's leaking between trim and body. If you never plan to open it caulk both places and be done with it
