2001 Disco 2, V8. Today both my outside front blinkers failed. The main front blinkers work but the small bulbs do not. They are both good and I tried new ones as well. Tested with multimeter and I get nothing to either side. checked fuses and all good. What's my next step?

 

I would check grounds first, then the other connections.
