Heater core: Passenger side port in firewall hose leads to upper engine. Driver side port hose leads to lower engine.

that looks OK. How about the belt? (sorry for asking stupid questions but you just never know)

The idler pulley wobbles a bit and squeaks so it likely needs replaced but belt routing appears good. I appreciate any input I can get. I’ve been stumped on this for almost 5 months now.

My neighbor came over tonight and noticed my radiator fan didn’t kick on at the same time as the fan clutch and still didn’t come on when using defrost. I am troubleshooting if it’s the fuse, fan motor, temp sensor, or wiring. I’m hoping this is the end of this 5 month overheating issue.

@Mjfleck10 the Electric one in front is tied to the AC and temp , so AC on and hot enough and it kicks in I think around 212 or so
