Took me 9 months to find the right truck for me.
It booked at $6200, asking price was $5800 I paid $4500 cash with sales tax.
It was a one owner always serviced at the dealer, had 152,change when I bought it.

I agree with Disco_Fever, if you really want it and are happy with the price...but keep in mind that if you travel all the way to TX that it may not be as it seems in the ad.
Have you checked www.carmax.com? There are several in Chi-town and they will bring the car to you, if you buy it great if not no big deal.

I'm not particularly interested in the one from TX and especially that far distance driving.

The one I'm interested (12,999 2004 with 59K) and was about to pull the trigger was sold 20 minutes before I called. I mean these Disco's are just very hot in Chicago area. There was one about 3 weeks back, 2004 45k miles for sale at a reputable LR/Jag dealer for $9,888. When I got there, it just got sold.

So here goes another week of searching. Does anyone know what a 2004 Disco Westminster Edition looks like. Same features as the normal trim levels? I though the HSE was the highest trim level?

They are all going to look the same, just different trim levels like you said, the HSE is the top but the Westminster Edition comes with a dog.
