I have a white 99 with 120k miles and there's nothing wrong with the paint. The only thing with rust is the brush guard and rear ladder, other than that the paint is perfect, and I live in Salt Lake City where the salt the holy hell out of the road. Clay bar, cleaner and two coats of wax twice a year works for me.
