I have a Hawkeye and an iCarsoft LRII that can read and reprogram the ABS systems too, if needed.

Default Passed Inspection Update

Hello all,
tnx again for support. So the ABS was apparently my fault. I did not bleed brakes properly causing uneven pad wear.
Put EBS greenies on and 2k miles all good.
The guaranteed fit and recommended by forum DENSO oxygen sensors did not work for my D2. Replaced with Bosch which this forum
hates and all codes gone. However, the Forum did recommend the repair shop who saved my bacon. British Auto in Bronx NY.
autozone refunded the 2 used oxygen sensors but an expensive lesson. Replaced every hose and belt and my highway gas mileage is back at 16 miles a gallon. Time for a journey.

The source of 3 amigos error codes come from the slabs confuser. The misfires and oxygen sensors error codes come from another engine management confuser.

Oh, wow. Any pointers about what went wrong? Any other signs apart from ABS light?

Also, how did you find out that your Y-pipe to manifold was leaking?

How did you find a smoke machine that takes baby oil? Does it say in specs? I only find ones here that take the fog machine liquid (which leaves sugar behind from what I read).

Hi Maf,

the brakes were squealing and then ABS light. One year earlier i attempted my first rotor and pad change. I used Atlantic British kit. I was a proud camper and then the squeal. So far i like the new pads but i think new calipers or service may be necessary.

The manifold leak I noticed when i was in a very quiet place when revving motor and obviously it fried the front sensors. the smoke machine i guess could be attached to tailpipe and that should have also detected leak but u need to ask someone else if that would work.

The smoke machine is a great buy ($85 bucks) and i spent hours researching. Baby oil is same as mineral oil and it produces a ton of smoke. The M1 Powerstroke came with all the attachments including the cone from Amazon. Most machines in this price point do not have attachments.
