Turns out I forgot to swap the Bosch TPS back in after the engine rebuild, so I've been running the $25 rock auto TPS this whole time. I put the Bosch back in, and so far so good. Long term fuel trims have dropped to 1% & 2.5% (from 6-8%), and so far no codes.
