Exclamation P0130 after recent O2 replacement?

Replaced all 4 O2 sensors on my '01 Disco II about 2 months ago, and have been DTC-free until yesterday. Only thing that was done was replacing exhaust pipe gasket to manifold on drivers side. Threw P0130 code repeatedly (cleared with Ultra Gauge a few times), but after restart, shows up again. Any ideas? My first inclination is to replace the upstream driver side sensor - maybe it went bad? It's a Bosch unit.

The Bosch ECU manual says that is a shorted sensor, or the voltage from that sensor is below 0.039 volts. You UG should show readings for each sensor.

Watch voltage from key on, and then startup. It should be around 0.45v key on, engine off, and then begin cycling once running.

If harness damage is the case, you probably won't have 0.45v without running.

Contact the retailer and have them warranty the bad 02, it happens even with new 02's.

Ultra Gauge says Bank 1, #1 O2 reading 0.000 volts. All others are in spec. Can I assume that is the driver side upstream sensor?
