P0134 code with O2 voltage never fluctuating

Default P0134 code with O2 voltage never fluctuating
I and getting this code which as far as I can tell means no activity, live data shows it holding at .420. All other O2s are fluctuating normally. O2 sensor is new.


Any suggestions?

Have you checked the wiring?

Also possible that you were unlucky and got an out of box bad sensor. I'd try swapping the sensor from the other side in to rule that out.
