Also, tonight I have extension cable to hook the left up to the right and vice versa, Should be able to rule out wiring issues with that.

Ok, So I ran a O2 extension cable from bank 1 to bank 2 and vice versa. Drove and got the data labeled "Graph Swapped". More erratic , but consistent side to side. So I figured I had a connection problem and connected it back the correct way and got the data labled "Graph normal set-up" Which is showing low voltage on bank 1 sensor 1, and got a SES light. So I again swapped the wires and went for a longer drive, and recorded data labeled "Graph Swaped again". I had no SES light during this drive cycle. At this point I'm going to run it like this to get through emissions, but really wish I could figure this one out...

I'd leave it swapped, at least for the test. Those two graphs are what they're supposed to look like. I would carefully examine the connections. From what I see it appears that the sensors do function correctly but something about the contact to the connectors isn't right. I don't believe a faulty sensor would perform the way it did in the two swapped graphs. That points towards how the contact is made. Maybe try to use your extension cables but don't swap the locations. If that gives you the same reading as the swapped graphs then I would suspect how the sensor connectors are fitting the engine harness.

Well, apparently the truck is smarter than me. Driving to work today I got p1129 fault and SES light, ”oxygen sensors swapped left to right”. So I’ll have to swap the wires back. It has to be a connection issue though. It’s the only thing that makes sense.

You misunderstood me, don't use extensions as the computer can detect that. You need to physically move them and see if the problem follows the sensor.

Thank you all for the help. Extinct, I did figure out that swapping the wires was detectable by the computer, but it led me to the solution that there was a poor connection on the drivers side. I honestly don't know how, but I've finally got everything cleared and passed emissions yesterday! Now on to fun stuff...
