Default P0175 & P0172 - I already change the Purge Valve but still showing codes, any advise?

I just scanned my discovery II with 192K

A few codes showed up:

P0175 Fuelling adaption multiplicative bank 2 minimum
P0172 Fault present and intermittent

For the codes above, I proceed to change the PURGE VALVE WTV100140A also a new IAC Valve ERR6078G

But after 5 miles driven, service engine soon appears on the panel again.

Also came with recurrents codes that I believe has relationship with codes above.

P0154
P0134
P0135
P0155
P0141
P0161
P0140
P0160

Hi Jeffh

Thank you for your reply

Yes, I cleared using Hawkeye Diagnostic Tool For Land Rovers. After a few miles driven the service engine soon appers, I read the codes and still the same.
