Go to British Parts of Utah and buy the 8mm STI wires for $70. Once you get rid of those crap factory wires you should be fine. The 130 indicate bank 1 sensor 1 02 is shot so replace it and that should help you get rid of the 171.

 

@DiscoMike- Im in San Francisco, anywhere I can buy a set of 8mm Magnecore wires inthis area? Im new to the forums and Im having 3 amigo issues and wires are the only non-replaced item after a recent tune up.

 

Wait a minute... 3 amigos are not related to the engine at all. That's a brake/traction control problem.
