Default p0300+p0306

I was driving to work this morning and my CEL came on. I scanned it when i got to work and got the random multiple misfire, and misfire on #6 codes. Its gotten new; MAF, magnecor wires, +4's, and O2's, all within the last 10k.Ive had my driveshaft out for a week or so waiting to get the weather to put it back in. I didnt figure it would cause this. I was assuming GFL and to chech for arcing tonight. I cleared the codes and to see if they would come back. Has anyone had a similar problem? or a better diagnosis? Thanks in advance.

*and i didnt feel it misfire, seemed to be running smoothly.

Possible carbon misfire, when was the last time you did an induction cleaning?

i seafoamed 6-8 months ago, before replacing my MAF. I have put a can through the gas since then, probably 3 months ago. How frequently should i run it throught the t-body?

Sounds like that is not the issue.
If you pull the #6 plug, does it look different then the others from the stand point of color or moisture?
