Unhappy P1300 & a couple of misfires

Had to change out the wires I got with the old ones (new ones were ***). With new coil pack, spark plugs, fuel injectors, clean MAF, oil change and sea foam treatment. I know I know, new wires are on order.

still getting misfire codes on cylinders 4 & 8 and code P1300. Hopefully good wires fix this but not feeling positive about it since I have already switched wires around and misfires did not move.

Any advice?

Did you test for it to be fixed with the new parts before the sea foam? I redid all my ignition parts and 6 months later I did sea foam and it fouled a plug and gave a misfire. Pulled the plug and hit them with the wire wheel and they’re good to go.

I get random misfires as well. Changed out everything except the coil packs. Gonna change those out next, just haven’t felt like pulling the top end apart yet. I’ve heard changing o2 sensors fixes that too.

@Treicruz
I just went through a huge misfire saga. I changed out everything that you did plus the purge valve, O2 sensors and CPS. I seafoamed it too. I think that was an unnecessary mistake..but whatever. My misfire actually Got worse.
Finally took it into the shop. Turns out the cats were shot....clogged. So they changed the cats and took out the NGK plugs I put in and put Bosch plugs back in. Fixed the issue.
